Q. What if I’m just getting started with the research? Is this still good for me?
120% yes! If you think you need to have it all figured out then you are making the runway longer and longer. It’s action vs perfectionsim.
Q. I don’t have a plan to freeze my eggs just yet, but I want to, will this session still benefit me?
A no-plan-in-place isn’t a problem. In fact, you can use the session to work on anything that you wish. You don’t need to have a plan to get started. You can purchase one session or multiple sessions to work on other areas that you feel would be helpful. This is exactly why I designed a program that allows you to choose what you would like to identify and work on areas of stuckness no matter what your budget and how much time you have!
Q. I’ve been getting a little emotional when I think about freezing my eggs, will one single session help?
You better believe it! And I know because I work with people who have led me through rounds of tapping within a single session that lead to new insights and ideas coming to me within a single session!
Q. Speaking of percentages, I’m not even 100% sure I want to have a child (or another child), will this type of coaching still benefit me?
Uncertainty isn’t the problem. It’s part of the program, it’s OK to be uncertain as you look at whether you want to freeze your eggs.

The coaching series is designed to get you results no matter what is happening to you!
Q. I was diagnosed with a medical condition that may effect my chances of being able to freeze my eggs. Can your coaching help? What about EFT? NLP? RRT?
EFT, nor NLP and RRT, CANNOT treat a diagnosis. Please speak with your trusted medical provider. EFT, and the other healing modalities, can help YOU do the emotional processing around one or more of the emotional aspects surrounding a past significant emotional event that could be a contributor to your current your condition.

Q. If I haven’t redeemed a session yet, but I want to cancel or reschedule. What can I do?
We get that life and circumstances change and that is why within the first 14 days of purchase we will happily honor a return policy less a 5% transaction fee if the sessions have not been redeemed.
Once you have scheduled a session via Calendly, there will be a confirmation email sent along with rescheduling instructions in the event that you need to reschedule. If you have purchased a session and need to cancel within two weeks it is possible to get a refund (but remember we can tap on any topic you would like!)
For the 90-Day Coaching Package, unfortunately, refunds are not available after the first session has been redeemed. But remember you have up to six months to use the sessions!
Q. Is there a refund policy?
Refund and Cancellation Policy for Vanessa Emily Coaching Coaching:
Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Vanessa Emily Coaching. We ask the Client to be committed and faithful, and we commit to offering grace when needed.
In general, these guidelines apply for coaching refunds and cancellations:
- The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to vanessahunt@vanessahuntclub.com.
- Once Vanessa Emily has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice.
- Any missed sessions or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.
- If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions, then the Client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. If approved, the refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee.
